Unlike some other reviews, I didn't feel an immediate effect in just a few days, nor did I completely dismiss the product because of the form of choline. In fact, the amount of Choline here (360mg) is significant. That's huge when you consider the EFSA approved health claims for choline only require 82.5mg. To get an equivalent amount of choline from CPD-Choline, you'd need about 1690mg of it!
What's more, the other ingredients are well chosen, and their doses are also meaningful, even with the huge amounts of Choline and Korean Ginseng.
In summary, I'm genuinely satisfied with this product. Its ingredients and the well calculated doses make it a great choice for my day-to-day supplement needs, as well as for long term support.

I was hesitant to try this product, especially given the price tag. But after doing some research, I realised that I would actually pay almost the same price for Coenzyme Q10 alone, and the ingredients in this formula seem to be well thought out. The dose of Choline is the highest I've seen in any brain supplement, offering long-term protection by supporting liver function, the powerhouse of toxin cleansing.

This a comprehensive complex of ingredients that should keep your brain function in tip top condition in two convenient capsules. The container has 120 capsules and @ 2 capsules per day your looking at 2 months supply. This is quite expensive but you get a lot of different ingredients and it would cost a lot to get every single on seperately and you would be taking a lot of supplements to match this supplement but the benefit of if you did you'll be getting much bigger quantities than some of the ingredients in this combination. Overall though I think it's a good combination albeit a bit pricey.
