Victory Points Rewards Programme Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
The Victory Points Rewards Programme (“Programme”) is a customer loyalty programme operated by Kanthos Limited, trading as VitaV (“we,” “us,” “our”). By participating in the Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Earning Victory Points
2.1 Victory Points (“Points”) are awarded based on eligible actions, including but not limited to:
- Purchases – Earn Points for every £1 spent.
- Referral Programme – Earn Points when a referred friend completes a purchase.
- Leaving a Review – Earn Points for verified product reviews.
- Birthday Bonus – Earn Points on your birthday.
- Spending Threshold Bonus – Earn extra Points when your order meets a minimum spend requirement.
- Level Achievements – Earn Points when reaching a new membership level.
2.2 We reserve the right to adjust the Points structure and earning activities at any time to enhance the customer experience.
3. Membership Levels & Benefits
3.1 The Programme includes four membership levels based on lifetime Points earned:
- Foundation – Entry-level membership.
- Momentum – Achieved at 2,001 to 10,000 Victory Points.
- Peak – Achieved at 10,001 to 20,000 Victory Points.
- Victory – Achieved at 20,001+ Victory Points.
3.2 Your Victory Rank is determined by the total Victory Points you have earned over time. Once you reach a new level, you will maintain that rank unless your account remains inactive for 12 months, in which case it may be reset to Foundation.
4. Redeeming Points
4.1 Points can be redeemed for discount coupons that apply to future purchases.
4.2 Discount coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Points cannot be exchanged for cash and hold no monetary value.
4.4 Once redeemed, Points are deducted from your balance and cannot be restored if the order is cancelled.
4.5 We reserve the right to change redemption values or introduce new ways to redeem Points.
5. Programme Abuse & Fraud Prevention
5.1 To maintain the integrity of the Programme, we strictly prohibit:
- Creating duplicate accounts for self-referrals.
- Submitting false reviews or other fraudulent activities to earn Points.
- Attempting to manipulate the referral programme or other earning methods.
5.2 If abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, we reserve the right to:
- Remove earned Points from the account.
- Suspend or permanently ban the user from the Programme.
- Cancel any unused discount coupons obtained through fraudulent means.
5.3 Our decision on suspected abuse cases is final.
6. Expiry & Adjustments
6.1 Victory Points do not expire as long as the Programme remains active. However, if no transactions are made within 12 months, your points may be reset.
6.2 Any adjustments to Point balances due to refunds, returns, or errors may be made at our discretion.
7. Modifications & Termination
7.1 We may update or discontinue the Programme at any time. If changes occur:
- A notice will be provided on our website and via email when possible.
- Any unused Points will remain valid unless otherwise stated.
- By continuing to participate in the Programme after changes, you agree to the updated terms.
7.2 We may also discontinue the Programme at any time. If the Programme is discontinued:
- In the event that we decide to terminate the Programme, we will provide reasonable notice in advance to allow members to redeem any remaining points.
- Any ununsed Points when the programme is discontinued will no longer be redeemable.
8. Limitations of Liability
8.1 No Guarantees: Kanthos Limited makes no guarantees regarding the availability, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation of the Victory Points Programme. While we strive to maintain the Programme’s functionality, we are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or disruptions.
8.2 Technical Issues: We are not liable for any technical malfunctions, website downtime, system failures, delays, or other issues that may affect the ability to earn, redeem, or track Victory Points.
8.3 Misuse and Fraud: Kanthos Limited is not responsible for any unauthorised access, misuse, or fraudulent activity on a user’s account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in fraudulent activities.
8.4 Third-Party Services: The Programme may involve third-party services, such as payment providers, referral systems, and marketing platforms. Kanthos Limited is not responsible for any actions, errors, or policies of third-party providers.
8.5 Modification or Termination: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Victory Points Programme at our discretion. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice to participants where possible, but we shall not be liable for any loss of benefits, points, or rewards as a result.
8.6 No Financial Value: Kanthos Limited shall not be liable for any perceived loss of value due to changes in the Programme structure, point redemption rates, or membership levels. Victory Points remain a loyalty incentive and do not constitute financial assets.
8.7 Legal Compliance: Participation in the Programme is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Kanthos Limited shall not be held liable for any legal restrictions that may affect the ability of users to earn or redeem Victory Points in certain jurisdictions.
9. General Terms
9.1 Victory Points, membership levels, and any discounts or rewards earned through the Programme cannot be transferred between accounts and apply only to the registered user.
9.2 Victory Points hold no monetary value and cannot be sold, exchanged, or gifted.
9.3 Participation in the Programme is subject to the general VitaV Terms & Conditions.
