VitaV Prize Draw & Giveaways Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in any prize draw, sweepstake, or giveaway (“Draw”) operated by Kanthos Limited, trading as VitaV, unless otherwise stated. By entering a Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Draws are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over.
2.2 Employees, affiliates, or agents of Kanthos Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Only one entry per person per programme is permitted unless otherwise stated.
3. Entry Conditions
3.1 Entry requirements (such as newsletter subscription or purchase) will be stated in the promotional material.
3.2 No purchase is necessary unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Any incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at VitaV’s sole discretion
4. Draw and Winner Selection
4.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the stated closing date.
4.2 The draw will take place within 7 days of the promotion’s end unless otherwise specified.
4.3 If a winner is required to take further action to claim their prize (such as confirming details or logging into an account), and does not respond within 5 working days, VitaV reserves the right to select an alternative winner
4.4 Winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their entry. VitaV will never contact winners by phone, text, or social media direct messages. All official prize communications will come from hello@vitav.me. Please be cautious of phishing attempts or impersonator.
5. Prizes
5.1 Prizes will be clearly outlined in the promotion. No cash or alternative prize will be offered unless stated.
5.2 For discount-based prizes, the discount, uless stated otherwise:
- Is valid on full-priced VitaV products only.
- Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or coupons.
- Is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.
- May be issued in the form of a unique coupon code or automatically applied via user account.
6. Publicity and Privacy
6.1 Winner names may be published on the VitaV website or social media channels unless the winner requests anonymity.
6.2 Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Limitations and Liability
7.1 VitaV is not responsible for:
- Lost, delayed, or corrupted entries.
- Technical failures or issues affecting participation or winner notification. 6.2 VitaV reserves the right to cancel or amend the Draw and these Terms without notice in the event of force majeure, suspected fraud, or technical failure.
