Redeeming your points is simple:

• Head to your Victory Points & Rewards section in your account dashboard.
• Click Redeem Now to exchange your points for discount coupons.
• Apply the coupon at checkout to enjoy savings on your order!

Coupons converted from Victory Points do not expire. However, promotional or welcome coupons may have expiry dates, which will be displayed in your Coupons section.

Victory Points remain valid as long as you make at least one purchase every 12 months. If your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, any unused points may be reset to zero.

Your Victory Rank is maintained as long as your account remains active. However, if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, your rank will be reset to Foundation Level. To keep your status, simply place an order at least once a year.

Only one discount coupon can be used per order. Victory Points coupons cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

No, Victory Points hold no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or gifted.

If you return an order, any Victory Points earned from that purchase may be deducted. If Victory Points were used to redeem a discount, the refund amount will exclude the value of redeemed points. The refund of points used is at our discretion.
